So I have a Netflix account and I was having issues today. I called them and was told by the automated system that my call would be answered in 1 minute. That was extremely accurate. I talked to a guy named Jeffery, who was courteous and extremely helpful.
Peeps, this is not at all what I expected from Netflix. I’m happily stunned. And I’m pretty sure I’m swearing off Blockbuster for good.

That’s good news. My soon-t0-be wife and I are thinking about getting Netflix or Blockbuster this summer (cheap in-home date nights). What kind of experiences have you had with Blockbuster, by the way?
